Essential Job Functions:
  • Cleaning the Main Clubhouse
  • Dusting rooms and furniture
  • Cleaning bathrooms
  • Vacuuming carpets, mopping the floors
  • Sweeping patio areas and dusting patio furniture
  • Emptying all wastebaskets and trash cans
  • Disinfecting telephones
  • Cleaning and polishing brass
  • Washing inside and outside of windows
  • Light maintenance
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down events
  • Reports any damage, burned-out light bulbs, and plumbing problems to the Facilities Director

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and climb or balance. The employee is required to sit; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Schedule: Must be able to work overtime when needed and on weekends.
