Fairfield Property Management is looking for a Housekeeper to join the team at our Acadia Villas community in Thibodaux, LA! The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning vacant apartment units in preparation for new residents as well as the daily cleanliness of the models, offices, club house, laundry rooms and fitness centers. Fairfield Property Management is looking for a Housekeeper to join the team at our Acadia Villas community in Thibodaux, LA! The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning vacant apartment units in preparation for new residents as well as the daily cleanliness of the models, offices, club house, laundry rooms and fitness centers. Responsibilities Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Cleans all vacant apartments for move-ins.
- Cleans offices, corporate units, and models
- Cleans bathrooms.
- Cleans laundry rooms.
- Picks up trash on grounds.
- Performs painting and caulking, if needed, in a neat and professional manner.
- Maintains a professional relationship with other property staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Six months to one year of related experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a professional, courteous, cooperative, tactful, and patient manner with residents, FPM employees, vendors, suppliers, and members of the public.
- Self-motivated to work independently with little guidance.
- Wear/use uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
