Job Description:
Boca West Country Club is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to be a part of the Housekeeping team and Boca West family.
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule (which includes holidays and weekends)
1. Exhibits attention to detail and appreciation of the importance of a clean and sanitary environment and member satisfaction in all aspects of work.
2. Clean and disinfect public areas if necessary or as assigned.
3. Consistently demonstrates a positive attitude.
4. Fosters team work by offering assistance to others.
5. Acknowledges and responds tactfully to all requests.
6. Wears ID badges in a visible location at all times.
7. Adheres to the Club’s mission statement.
8. Consistently acts in a professional manner.
9. Follows Club’s policies and procedures at all times.
10. Reports status of low supply.
11. Utilizes proper body mechanics at all times.
12. Communicates and interacts with others in a professional, responsible, cooperative and positive manner at all times.
13. Maintain areas of responsibility in a clean and orderly manner.
14. Handles and distributes clean towels to the assigned areas.
15. Responsible for economical use of supplies as controlled through distribution.
16. Responsible for supplying all housekeeping storages areas as needed.
