POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for filing, data entry, quality assurance, monitoring and supervising clients, monitoring urinalysis, providing transportation and clerical tasks as assigned. It is expected this position will float between programs within shift and act a resource to other support staff.

Hourly rate based on experience $20.00 to $23.00

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the needs of residents of the program.
  • Data entry, filing and support duties as required.
  • Observation and tracking of medication adherence.
  • Assist with obtaining reliable means of transportation, including use of public transportation. Provide transportation for residents as necessary/ required by program.
  • Monitor urinalysis.
  • Perform physical pat searches per established training protocol.
  • Interact with resident, staff, and guests in a humanistic, person-centered, gender- informed, and trauma-informed manner.
  • Rotate between residential programs within each shift, as needed. Provide support and backup to other residential staff on shift.
  • Attend program staff meeting.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • HS diploma or GED equivalent. Prior work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • 3 years related experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Prior experience working in residential or behavior health strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work directly with a range of clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
  • Physical requirements: able to lift up to 20 pounds, walk up and down stairs, drive multi-passenger vehicle
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to complete clear and presentable documentation.
  • Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others as a team.
