What you'll do:

• Transform spaces by cleaning floors, washing walls, and sanitizing bathroom fixtures.
• Take pride in disposing of garbage, changing linens, and maintaining a fresh environment.
• Be the eyes and ears of our operation by inspecting premises and promptly reporting any damages or faults.
• Contribute to a seamless cleaning process by ordering necessary cleaning materials and equipment.

Position Requirements:

We're seeking dedicated individuals who are ready to make an impact. To be successful as a Cleaning Technician at Luxurious Cleaning Services, you must meet the following criteria:

• Attend a formal interview within 24-48 hours from the time of your application to expedite the hiring process.
• Be 18 years of age or older, displaying maturity and professionalism in your work.
• Demonstrate effective oral communication skills, along with basic math and computer literacy.
• Hold a valid driver's license to enable transportation of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Possess an insured motor vehicle capable of accommodating your tools of the trade.
• Exhibit physical stamina to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, with occasional assistance for items up to 100 pounds.
• Embrace the occasional challenge of working in tight spaces, such as attics, and using step stools as needed.
• Be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Handle cleaning products and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Be open to travel within our service area, ensuring our clients' needs are met.
• Successfully pass a background check, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Consent to random drug screenings, maintaining a substance-free work environment.
• Demonstrate your commitment to our company by signing a non-compete/non-solicitation waiver.
