Hotel Front Desk - Days - $17 hour Job at Hotel Ruby Ponderay
Are you good with people? Do you have customer service experience? We are willing to train if you are comfortable talking with people and can operate in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent first job, or job for a student and can turn into more hours over school breaks and summer if desired.
Here is what we offer:
Schedule is 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Wednesday thru Saturday. Extra shifts available in event of employee vacations or absences.

Responsibilities
- Help with check-in and check-out tasks
- Complete online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Respond to guest requests or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Attend to and clean up complimentary breakfast
Skills
- Customer service experience or basic ability to be friendly and helpful with customers.
- Computer aptitude.
- Communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to be at work and on time for scheduled shifts constistantly.
