We are looking for someone who is highly organized, who can very well work under pressure and enjoys interacting with people. Someone who’s got the magic to make celebrations a beautiful place and moments to remember. If this sounds like you, we are excited to work with you!
Duties:
- Welcoming guests, answering questions and working with support staff and vendors.
- Manage guests and clients at events. Including, but not limited to moving chairs and tables, working the Audio/Visual system, bussing tables throughout the event, restocking paper products and emptying trash.
- Opening up and closing the building before and after events.
- Company meetings with the Event Director and staff.
- Capturing pictures and short videos during the event to share with our Social Media team.
- Ability to operate a screen & projector, turn on computer, mini sound board, mini monitor and projector, mic and with possibility of troubleshooting.
- Helping clients unload or carry in items, if necessary.
- Must have great communication, problem solving, organizational and people skills.
- Must follow dress code and have exemplary behavior in front of clients and guests.
Qualifications:
- Vibrant personality
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Self-motivated professional with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft systems, Google workspace, and Zoom application
- Able to lift 40lbs or more
- Must be 21 years old and above
P*_ay: *_Pay is based on the event that is worked. We have events which are 5-, 7- and 11- hour events and pay is between $20-22.50 an hour. There are events almost every weekend, but we also have events on Sundays, weekdays, mornings and evenings.
