Host - Hawaii Kai Job at Kona Brewing Hawaii - Hawaii Kai Brewpub
Kona Brewing Hawaii has an immediate opening for a Host in Hawaii Kai, Oahu. This position reports to the General Manager.
Specific job duties include:
- Supports the Company’s Statement of Purpose and Values
- Perform duties in accordance with the company safety policies and procedures
- Greets and seats pub customers
- Plans & executes reservations
- Answers phones
- Cleans & organizes host desk area
- Support retail sales, restocking, running the register and customer service
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Assists in delivering food to customers
- Assists in busing tables
- Ensures special board is correct
- Adheres to proper hygiene
- Other tasks as assigned
- Attendance is required per company policy
Position requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Works well independently and cooperatively in a team environment
- Dependable
- Adaptable, flexible
- Physical demands include - lifting, carrying, standing, bending, and reaching
- Stands and walks during 6-8 hour shift
