Responsibilities and duties
- Greeting customers as they enter and leave
- Being the initial front of the store experience
- setting the initial experience for customers
- bringing customers to their seats following the system of seating to ensure fairness
- explaining the menu to customers
- picking up calls in a timely matter
- asnwering calls accurately
- helping to maintain overall neatness of restaurant
- communicating with other staff to ensure smooth working conditions
