The Quality RN is responsible for the quality assurance review of OASIS and Plan of Care documentation from field clinicians, as well as review coding inquiries and providing clinical guidance as it relates to proper coding, plan of care completion and PDGM/VBP. Emphasis on strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate must have homecare knowledge and experience and preference given to candidate with OASIS certification. This position is responsible for the review and approval of all patient information that is provided by the professional clinical staff during a Start of Care, Recertification, Resumption of Care, Transfer and Discharge. This position is also responsible for chart audits, nursing education, and quality improvement efforts. Good computer skills are a must. This position is eligible to work from home following orientation.

Requirements

Education - Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience - minimum of 2 years experience

License - State of Maine RN License

Certification - Must obtain Oasis certification within 1 year of hire.
