Job Summary:
The Clinical Supervisor provides oversight of all patient care services and personnel. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for maintaining an environment which ensures that patients are cared-for properly and provided with the highest-quality health care services. The Clinical Supervisor works closely with each department of the home health agency.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee major workforce and resource decisions for clinical operations.
- Coordinate patient care, referrals, assessments, etc.
- Provide management oversight for the development of high quality, cost effective, and integrated clinical programs.
- Assure the development, implementation, and updates of the individualized plan of care.
- Participate in clinical outcomes monitoring, follow up, and agency performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Current Missouri license as a Registered Nurse.
- Recent Home Health experience in the past year preferred.
- Previous OASIS experience preferred.
