Home Health Aide - Jackson, GA 9am-1pm Mon- Fri Job at Divine Angels Home Care
We currently have Caregiver positions available in the Jackson, GA. The cases consist of full time and part time positions available. We are looking for 6 individuals to fill these positions. You must have transposition (No Uber/Lyft will be allowed. Position requires a vehicle to take client to store and dr appts.)
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the daily support of persons with intellectual and other developmental disabilities in their home
- Carry out the requirements and participate in the development of each individuals Individual Support Plan
- Assist persons served with daily living skills
- Promote the health and well being of the clients we serve
- Participate in agency and family meetings
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary
- Provides information to parents and other interested parties while maintaining Avenues standards of confidentiality
- Ensure safe living conditions for all persons served
Minimum requirements for these positions: * Proof of High School Diploma or GED
- Proof of motor vehicle insurance as well as good driving record
- Must pass required criminal background checks
- Must Have HHA Experience of 1 year.
- Must be able to start ASAP.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
