Home Care On-Call RN Job at Community Visiting Nurse Association
Community Visiting Nurse Association is seeking an experienced flexible, after-hours RN to service the needs of our hospice and home care clients residing in Somerset County and portions of Middlesex County. The position will cover Friday and Saturday evening shifts from 4:30PM to 8:30AM.
Requirements:
- Strong clinical expertise
- Effective communication skills
- Computer literacy and electronic medical proficiency a plus
- 1-2 years of home health and hospice experience is required
- Must possess a valid NJ driver's license, current auto insurance and reliable transportation
