is looking for a dedicated and driven Home Care Branch Director to provide the highest-quality care for our participants in their homes and a positive and productive working environment for our Home Care team in Southwestern PA. The Branch Director effectively interacts with participants, referral sources, staff, governing agencies and executive management to provide the best experience possible to participants and staff.

Responsiblities/Duties:

  • Provide effective management and leadership in all areas of operations, including; person-centered care initiatives, personnel, quality and safety, community relations, and financial oversight.
  • Grow the business through a solid community network and active referral base; effectively communicate service offerings and demonstrate program benefits and successes.
  • Coordinate with caregivers, families, service coordination, and medical professionals to develop effective care plans for members.
  • Ensure the highest quality care is provided to participants in accordance with company, state, and regulatory guidelines and standards.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the employee experience, including; recruitment, onboarding, daily oversite and guidance, scheduling, coaching and mentoring, staff meetings, continuing education, performance reviews, and effective management of employee issues.
  • Manage, oversee, and follow up on all participant billing and receivable issues.
  • Perform required functions to ensure state licensing and revalidation, along with county and payer source contract renewals and RFPs.
  • Approve payroll and PTO requests for all branch coordinators.
  • Ensure that each branch is properly staffed and that “on call” service is covered.
  • Establish and maintain a culture of respect, teamwork, compassion, fun, integrity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with branch coordinators to develop initiatives to improve census and recruitment.
  • Ensure that reportable incidents are properly reported to governing agencies.
  • Stay current on related industry knowledge and trends through educational opportunities, publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations.
  • Establish, develop, enforce and comply with company policies and procedures, safety and regulatory laws and standards set forth by state, county, and payer source.
  • Maintain ongoing liaison among executive management, the professional personnel and staff.
  • Oversee and assist in preparing for all aspects of surveys and ensure continued compliance.
  • Other responsibilities, tasks, or projects, as needed.

Requirements:


Be a graduate of an accredited college or university or a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in health care delivery or a related service. Previous Home Care management experience preferred. Must possess excellent leadership, motivational, communication and organizational skills, as well as a well-adjusted attitude. Must be willing to travel to branch offices (southwestern PA). Marketing skills are desirable.
