We are looking for qualified Florida Licensed Certified Nurse Assistants or Home Health Aides that have the same passion and drive that we do to help our clients age safely and happily at home!

Requirements to Register as an Independently Contracted Caregiver:

CNA license, or Home Health Aide Certificate (40 hours minimum training) from a Florida Dept. of Education approved program

Level 2 background screening with ACHA fingerprints

Physical within (6) months that states you are FREE OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASES

CPR (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute)

HIV/AIDS certificate CEU

Alzheimer's CEU

Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication CEU

Previous Employment/ Contract history for the last 3 years

Professional Liability Insurance

Auto insurance

JOB DUTIES:
Assist patient in activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, eating, or personal hygiene
Assist in physical transfer and ambulation
Administer medication as permitted by rule
Provide escort services such as taking the patient to the healthcare provider
Provide light housekeeping tasks such as preparation of a meal or laundering the patient’s personal garments
Report any unusual incidents or changes in the patient’s behavior
Responsible for providing to patient and nurse registry copies of documentation which reflects the services provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift

• Extended hours

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
