Help Desk Technician Job at Cato Corporation
The Cato Corporation, a leading specialty retailer of value-priced women’s fashion apparel with corporate offices located in Charlotte, North Carolina, operates three concepts: Cato, It’s Fashion and Versona. The company has over 1,300 stores throughout the United States and a diverse workforce of over 7,500 associates. The Company’s stock is traded on the NYSE under the symbol “CATO”.
Cato has an immediate full-time opening for a Point of Sale Help Desk Technician to support the technical infrastructure for our stores. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation, solid PC skills and a flexible schedule.
Candidates must be familiar with call management and ticket tracking practices and applications. Technical background and help desk or related support experience is preferred. Retail experience is a plus. Candidates must also be able to work weekend and evening hours. After successful completion of training, the work schedule will be determined.
