Job Description


We are seeking someone who can provide excellent help desk support in an environment with 2000+ internal clients located at 20+ locations throughout the US. This role will be working with a team of IT people who operate out of our corporate office in Solana Beach, CA. This role will be supporting a large variety of technologies that will create many unique experiences from day to day.

Essential Duties:

  • First Level (Tier 1) Help Desk support for internal customers in a Microsoft-based environment.
  • Answering help desk calls
  • Triaging new tickets using the Zendesk platform
  • Resolving first level end-user issues
  • Escalating issues to Tier 2 and Tier 3 team members
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Qualifications


The IDEAL Candidate:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s work experience in a technical support role
  • Previously worked in Hospitality, Retail, or held a position with a strong focus on Customer Service
  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with Windows computers
  • A degree from an accredited university or relevant IT certifications
  • Skills: Customer Service, PC Computer Hardware and Software Support, Printer Support, Network Troubleshooting, Mobile Device Support
  • Technologies: Windows 10, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Dell Hardware, Lenovo Hardware, Apple Devices, Android Devices, Yardi Voyager, Zendesk
