Help Desk Support Job at Pomeroy Technologies, LLC.
We are currently seeking an Help Desk Technician in Avon Lake, OH for a 6 month contract with the likelihood to extend. The Help Desk Technician will provide technology support and guidance through strong technical knowledge and superior customer relations.
Schedule is Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm. After 2-4 weeks of onsite training, a hybrid option of working remote and onsite may be available.
The job duties include:
- Perform routine system maintenance.
- Install, upgrade and replace selected software and hardware products
- Ensure support is provided to end users in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Maintain incident management, problem management, change management, and asset management records in the ticketing system
Ideal Candidate will have:
- 1+ years of IT help desk skills
- 1+ years performing routine troubleshooting and problem resolution IT systems.
- Knowledge of current PC/Server hardware, software, and operating systems
- Experience working effectively with others and providing superior customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
