Job Summary
Provides top level customer service support to the organization. Looking for a reliable person to load and unload passengers from helicopters in a safety sensitive environment. Aviation experience or interest is a plus. Must be detail oriented and customer service oriented.
Essential Job Functions
- Greet and assist all guests warmly.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Load and unload passengers into running aircraft.
Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Speak English fluently.
- Second Language Preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and with outstanding customer service.
- Ability to manage time and duties.
- Must work well with others and be polite.
- Must be able to always maintain a professional demeanor without gossiping and horseplay.
Physical Requirements
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Work effectively in busy terminal with outstanding customer service.
- Able to lift 35 pounds.
- Able to handle very busy and loud work environment.
- Must be able to bend, stoop and able to reach over shoulders.

Work Hours
- 4 - 5 days a week. Hours vary due to Sunlight hours between 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM with overtime as required. Evening shifts between 3-5 hours/night. Days off are subject to change with work requirements. Must be flexible with work shift.
- Required Education: High school or equivalent
- Preferred Experience: Retail Sales, Helicopter Aviation, Customer Service: 1 year
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
