Job description
HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR-CONDITIONING MECHANIC We are an Operations and Maintenance contractor taking care of the FDR Presidential Library/Museum and the Henry Wallace Visitor Center .The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Mechanic repairs refrigeration; air conditioning, ventilation; and related control systems, including DDC, and building control systems equipment. This person performs tasks involving calibrating, and adjusting of temperature control and environmental control systems such as air conditioning and dehumidification systems. The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Mechanic may perform complex repair of systems component such as compressors, condensers, valves, meters, gages, thermostats, pumps, controlling devices including variable speed drives, digital controlled devices, electronic economizer system The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Mechanic performs trouble shooting and maintenance on Chill water systems, Gas Boilers ,hot and chilled water pumps along with basic building maintenance
