Quality Manager

As a Quality Manager, you will have a great opportunity to join a hard-working, dedicated team who values our greatest asset, our people! This job is a 40hr/week salaried position Monday through Friday with major holidays off.

We are looking for a strong RN candidate to manage our Quality, Risk Management, Infection Control and Credentialing programs. This candidate applies clinical knowledge and analytical skills to support and improve the performance metrics of the Surgery Center goals. In addition, this position is responsible for regulatory and accreditation survey preparation and coordination.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current unencumbered State of Oregon Registered Nurse License
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years of clinical experience in the acute care or ambulatory care setting required
• 2 years in an administrative support role preferred
• Current knowledge of pertinent federal and state healthcare regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong professional and ethical behavior
• Ability to perform multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Current BLS certification
