Spanish Speaking - LA location FULL TIME FRONT DESK/ MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST - PAID

We are located in two different locations: Buena Park (5832 Beach Blvd. #109 A ) and Los Angeles (505 S Virgil Blvd #300).
We have a team of several Ophthalmologists, Optometrists and Opticians.
Our Practice specializes in general eye care, optometry, and Lasik and refractive surgery.
Offices are open from Mondays- Saturdays 9 am to 6 pm.

Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
• Check in and Check out all patients with company regulations.
• Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors and patients.
• Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner (Follow through patient’s request/matter).
• Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information.
• Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
• Insurance Verification for incoming patients
• Confirm schedules with incoming patients.

Medical Receptionist Requirements:

• Pay attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational, administrative and planning skills.
• Strong communication skills with Doctors and staff.
• Spanish Bilingual
• No experience is necessary, we will train. However, some experience in health administration and some knowledge of insurance is a plus.
• Flexible with working locations at times.

Wage:

• hourly wage. (details will be discussed at interview)
