Job Summary

Under general supervision, acts as primary departmental contact for subscribers and providers of the PPO health care delivery system program, answers inquiries and complaints through written correspondence or by telephone, and coordinates the resolution of issues. Prepares reports, surveys, and other communications on the PPO delivery system program.

• Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
• Maintain communication with management regarding developments within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.

Responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 - 2 years of college, or its equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years customer contact experience in the health insurance or health care delivery field, or its equivalent.
• Knowledge of health care delivery.
