What is the Job?
We are seeking to add a Health & Safety Technician to our team in our Lexington Production Plant. This role you will be responsible to support the line organization monitoring and evaluating occupational hazards and support implementation of action plans with methods and tools.

We are looking for a resourceful and responsible individual to lead the emergency response team. The candidate we’re looking for should be keen on teamwork and self-motivated to work with minimum supervision.
In addition, excellent communication skills are necessary as is the need for fluency in speaking and writing English to communicate successfully with internal stakeholders of the organization.

What is the Job?
We are seeking to add a Health & Safety Technician to our team in our Lexington Production Plant. This role you will be responsible to support the line organization monitoring and evaluating occupational hazards and support implementation of action plans with methods and tools.
Some of your core responsibilities will include:
- Administer processes for Permitting Air-Water-Solid and Hazardous Waste
- Keep facility in compliance with all federal, state, and corporate environmental regulations and standards including all required training.
- Develop, implement, and maintain all documentation for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Certifications.
- Develop and maintain a detailed audit schedule for both internal and external audits.
- Perform new project(s) safety and environmental risk assessments.

- B.S. degree in environmental, safety or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in industrial, manufacturing, environmental or commercial occupational health and safety management experience.
- H&S certification (e.g. CIH, ARM and/or CSP) preferred.
