At CourtAvenue, the Head of Business Innovations, Western Region is the regional business lead for the company. They are responsible for client and agency growth, P&L results, and client satisfaction across their book of business. This includes acting as the voice of the client internally, leading the regional Business Innovations team directly, and leading the other client teams indirectly, to client and company success. This role also thoughtfully identifies our client’s problems and works strategically and thoughtfully to produce measurable world-class results with transformative impact. The Head of BI fosters product excellence and focuses on building credible and enduring client relationships centered on shared values and goals.

A CourtAvenue Head of BI manages and shapes strong relationships with our clients by guiding them with a strategic understanding of their brands, business, and customer needs while implementing state-of-the-art industry best practices and digital innovations for maximum results.

Responsibilities (Client Focus & Leadership):

    • Successfully manage and organize agency P&L performance and client relationships in the designated market
    • Help clients identify both strategic business problems and opportunities while serving as a trusted partner in effective solution implementation
    • Develops account plans, engagement strategies, and applicable client proposals based on CourtAvenue capabilities and best practices
    • Provides clear communication and key client objectives to all team members with specific performance measures in place to assure maximum alignment with client goals
    • Serves as the resident expert in the client’s field speaking clearly to the competitive playing field, products, services, trends and digital positions within the industry

Responsibilities (Team Management & Growth):

    • Champions cohesive team environments that are open and collaborative with the ability to create energy and excitement around ideas
    • Pulls integrated activities together across agency partners, departments, and disciplines to move client business through production to launch
    • Assess and recommend successful strategies for building efficiencies, streamlining operations and enhancing the value of the agency to the client
    • Mentors and develop direct reports focusing on strategic and interpersonal growth while identifying employee goals and conducting effective performance reviews
    • Pay sharp attention to detail to ensure agency work follows digital marketing best practices and leading technologies
    • Create and own customer growth and retention programs in consultation with the Partners
    • Incubate new business ideas within the CourtAvenue Network to add value to existing clients’ scope of work
    • Develop strategic roadmaps for clients and prospects that can secure long term pipeline of both strategy and delivery work for CourtAvenue
    • Represent CourtAvenue at applicable industry events

Requirements:

    • Extensive experience in running large accounts, working with senior stakeholders, and successfully organizing, managing, and delivering a diverse range of innovative projects
    • Strong background in digital and performance marketing or brand consultancy environment
    • Product innovation, development and agile experience a must
    • At least 15 years of marketing or advertising experience
    • Proven track record of structuring, leading, and developing complex client relationships while communicating effectively across functional teams
    • Entrepreneurial attitude partnered with a strong business acumen; ability and drive to bring people together, create energy around ideas, and recommend actionable strategies
    • Intuitive and perceptive, with outstanding communications skills; comfortable and confident in strategic discussions and presentations to clients and stakeholders
    • Excellence in organization and management; conscientious, and skilled at solving issues at all project levels while supporting colleagues and clients
    • Experience working with Automotive industry clients is a plus
