Description
Oversees entire food production and food quality. Responsible for food production to the rotating approved menu. Receiving and verifying delivery invoices from vendors. Upkeep of product pars and ordering products. Keep storerooms & coolers dated, rotated and organized. Ensure staff is adhering to the cleaning schedule posted.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for opening duties in the kitchen based on a schedule provided
- Oversees dinner preparation
- Fill to-go boxes for back up
- Ensure line is ready to go by opening time
- Run pre-shift meetings
- Open lines and work line
- Oversee shut down of the line
- Plan for next day prepping
- Other duties as assigned

Work Environment
This position performs their duties in a commercial kitchen setting at the Armadillo Hotel in Odessa, Texas. While primarily working in-doors, this position may be required to work outside in all weather conditions.
Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00 an hour - DOE
