Summary: We are looking for someone to start and grow a new market for us: Charleston, SC. The Head Cocktail Boy role is a new and vital part of our company's daily operations. This role crosses over into many different pillars of business including operations, customer service, marketing, sales, recruiting, product, and more. As the title suggests, the Head Cocktail Boy is the leader and face for new markets and will work closely with ownership to ensure market growth, exceptional customer experience, and smooth operations. They will ensure that all of the components a customer interacts with are seamlessly integrated and prepared for efficiency and optimization.

What Success Looks Like: A successful Head Cocktail Boy takes ownership of daily business operations, the customer experience, recruiting, and market growth. They are resourceful, constant learners, and seek making things easier, simpler and systematized. An ideal candidate has enough business knowledge or corporate experience to understand how the different parts of business are linked together and how they impact each other. They are able to predict what will be needed to successfully achieve new market goals, as well as enjoy optimizing regular tasks to produce better outcomes for customers.

Your Responsibilities will fall into three primary areas:

1. Operations

• Distribute job supplies - champagne, tattoos, and add-ons
• Ordering and distributing employee materials
• Customer support
• Event/party scheduling
• Team communication
• Coordinate with ownership
• Ensure day to day maintenance activities are automated or handled
• Always lead with the customer needs or customer experience

2. Local growth

• Sourcing key partners in the area that fit within the same industry ecosystem
• Regular partner meetings to ensure they are happy and sending us business
• Facilitate photoshoots and other marketing events
• Track sales and KPIs
• Oversee & implement recurring Sales & Marketing strategies

3. Recruitment

• Recruiting - interviews, events, networking
• Sourcing amazing candidates who will represent the company well
• Creating and managing employee events
• Employee onboarding

You will also be responsible for working parties themselves and training others to provide a great customer experience. A good Cocktail Boy will:

• Assist in hosting private bachelorettes/birthday parties at private venues
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Serve drinks (all alcohol provided by the party host)
• Be the best Spotify DJ
• Take/pose in group photos with the party guests
• ALWAYS clean up after yourself along the way (leave the place the same way you arrived)
• Bring the fun, always come with party games for the party to play

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with account management & customer service

• Licensed alcohol server
• Reliable transportation
• 21+
• Fluent in English
