Handyman/Laborer Job at Riehl Construction Consulting, LLC
Riehl Construction is seeking a skilled handyman who will be responsible for performing general maintenance duties and responsibilities at client homes. Our focus is in dealing with construction and maintenance of high end residential projects in Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Bel-Air, Santa Monica and Malibu.
Main Responsibilities:
- Repairing doors, windows and associated hardware
- Cleaning gutters, Cleaning out garages, cleaning off roofs, clearing area drains
- Changing lightbulbs
- Pouring concrete
- Carpentry and framing
- Hanging drywall
- Painting
- Moving large items including appliances and furniture
Skills:
- 3-5 years experience working as a handyman in residential homes
- Residential construction experience preferred
- Carpentry experience is preferred
- Experience pouring concrete and painting is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
