Award-winning Fabrizio Salon & Urban Retreat Spa, located in the charming Trolley Square area of Wilmington, DE, has been providing five-star hair, skin, body and nail care services to men, women, and children. Serving DE | MD | NJ | PA since 1993. We are passionate about what we do and it shows in our work. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality beauty services in an upscale, warm, welcoming, customer-service centered environment.

We currently have a huge demand for beauty services (especially on Fridays and Saturdays) and are turning away client requests. Our high demand is an excellent opportunity for:

· A previous hairstylist who got out of the industry and lost their clientele (either through Covid or maternity, etc.) and wants to return to their passion of hairdressing. We can grow your clientele and refreshen your hairdressing skills.

· An Independent Hairstylist (who doesn’t want to wear all the hats associated with ownership and wants to focus solely on what they’re passionate about; which is hair).

· We supply color / supplies – nope you don’t do the inventory; we do the counting, ordering, stocking and recording

· Flexible Schedule – Work when you want to

· Vacations – 1 week after 1 year; 2 weeks after 4 years

Our salon is housed in two conjoined circa 1890’s era Wilmingtonian townhomes. You’ll find beautifully exposed 16” hardwood ceiling beams and brick walls in our modern, rustic space. Requirements:

• A minimum of 2+ years experience in the beauty industry

· Must possess a current Delaware cosmetology license.

• Applicants must be punctual, reliable, passionate about hair and beauty, confident, friendly, positive, professional, and hard-working.
• Must be team-oriented.
• Must be education-oriented and strive for technical mastery.
• Should have intermediate / advanced skills in hair cutting, blow-dry styling, hair coloring, highlighting, hair smoothing and up-dos

Pay: $25,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
