CopilotIQ was founded by an emergency room doctor and technology entrepreneur who were frustrated that by the time people show up in the ER for diabetes and blood pressure related issues it is often too late. So they teamed up to create CopilotIQ, with a vision of helping keep patients out of the emergency room in the first place.

About The Role

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will support a portfolio of full funnel digital marketing programs to acquire new patients for Copilot. You have an iterative approach and will work closely with our Director of Growth Marketing to analyze data, test new opportunities and uncover trends. You'll collaborate closely with the sales and clinical teams to ensure quality lead delivery and establish a constant feedback loop.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social and Google marketing plans to meet and exceed new customer acquisition goals
  • Drive A/B and multivariate testing programs to continually improve creative, copy, landing pages, targeting strategies, etc.
  • Analyze performance, and develop and drive appropriate action plans based on conclusions
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline and track marketing tasks and workflows
  • Build effective working relationships with agencies and vendors and provide direction in executing campaigns
  • Work with our creative agency to develop marketing copy and other creative needs to support campaigns. Gather insights on performance and create feedback loop to creative partners
  • Stay on top of new trends and tactics to uncover opportunities that add business value
  • Create broad visibility into marketing learnings and impact; develop an organization-wide understanding of and enthusiasm for the strategic impact your initiatives delivers to the business
  • Work with the director of growth marketing to test new channels and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Have 3+ years of paid social and Google ads experience
  • Eager to join a fast growing startup
  • An expert in paid social and google ads and have a proven history of hitting business goals
  • Curious, proactive, fast learner and an excellent communicator
  • Highly analytical and skilled at data analysis; you enjoy digging deeply into data and uncovering insights
  • Detail-oriented and has a passion for being well-organized
  • At the forefront of marketing trends and emerging media opportunities. You are eager to find new ways to grow the business and have your finger on the pulse of the marketing and DTC world
  • A strong project manager and have the ability to manage multiple projects and the desire to bring structure to undefined procedures
  • Comfort in building relationships and negotiating rates when needed
