As Group Sales Manager, you will be a part of our thriving TEAM creating lasting relationships and crushing goals!
In this role you will develop a strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve and exceed goals within assigned market segments by soliciting existing and potential clients via outside sales calls, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking. This energetic and ambitious leader will be able to enhance revenue by researching local market trends and competition behavior to discover and close business leads.
Prior hospitality sales management experience or in a leadership role in the sales department at a branded hotel (2+ years) is required, Hilton brand experience is ideal, and Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
