Performance Coach

ISI® Elite Training - Apex/Cary is looking for high-energy, motivating, charismatic, personable, and confident personal trainers/group fitness instructors to join our team!

As a coach at our ISI® Elite Training facility, you will positively affect the lives of our members every time you coach a workout! Our coaches design their own workouts, which gives you the flexibility and freedom to be creative and never feel like a robot delivering someone else’s workout plan.

Specific job duties, requirements, and responsibilities vary between each ISI® Elite Training facility and more details can be provided by the facility manager if you are selected to move forward in the interview process.

Applicants must have:

• 1 year minimum experience as a certified personal trainer/group fitness trainer

• Certification through a nationally recognized organization (ACE, NASM, NSCA,

ACSM, etc.).

• Current CPR/AED certification

• A willingness to work flexible hours.

• A great personality.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

• Apex, NC 27523: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Group fitness: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• AED Certification / CPR Certification (Preferred)
