PMP Personnel Services is partnered with a Property Management client in Traverse City who is actively looking to hire a qualified individual for a Groundskeeper position.

Groundskeeper Responsibilities:
Inspect grounds daily and report services needs to Maintenance Supervisor & Community Manager
- Trash pickup daily
- Seasonal gardening and weeding duties
- Seasonal snow removal duties
- Pressure washing
- Light painting
- Assure safety standards are upheld
- Making sure property looks its best daily
- Offer ideas for improving the physical property
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor with any other tasks requested
Groundskeeper Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to speak to customers or employees
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60lbs
