THE JOB:
The Greenfinch/Mustangs & Burros Host/Hostess is responsible for welcoming and warmly greeting guests on arrival. Answers the telephone, takes reservations, and manages the efficient and timely seating of guests to a table that best serves their wishes.

To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem-solving. This role as the Greenfinch/Mustangs & Burros Host/Hostess requires skills such as patience, empathy, and a desire to provide excellent service for our guests.

Requirements:Experience within a hotel/resort environment
Must have excellent customer service/communication skills to work with guests and provide high guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for restaurant clientele.
Maintains extensive knowledge of all menu and bar items.
