Who We Are Looking For*

The Graphic Designer is responsible for helping develop the visual identity of product innovations, promotions, campaigns and brand materials across all channels. This individual is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and approaches each project with a can-do attitude. The Digital Designer will work closely with all marketing channels including but not limited to CRM, growth, web and social to integrate all creative needs for strategic implementation.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the marketing team with the creative direction of advertising campaigns and new product launches.
  • Design a variety of digital media, including but not limited to paid and organic social media, emails, MMS, web banners, banner ads, internal graphics, and other promotional materials
  • Design print collateral such as PR inserts, direct mailers, and occasional event material.
  • Research and analyze industry trends and utilize emerging technologies and creative applications for creative, competitive visuals.
  • Provide photo direction and retouching notes as needed.

EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

  • 3+ years of experience at a creative agency or in-house team with a design role
  • Expert in Mac Platform and Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • A compelling portfolio with projects showcasing skills that are relevant to Thrive Causemetic’s visual content goals
  • Receptive to feedback and strong attention to detail

NICE TO HAVES

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Asana, and Google Suite
  • Working knowledge of print media
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable of current design trends/ innovations
  • Photography composition and product styling

As required by C.R.S. 8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is $60,587. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
