Our Graphic Designer will provide design support for print, web, and social media across Faith Life Church, Faith Life Now, Gary Keesee Ministries, and Drenda Keesee Ministries. To be successful in this role, the Graphic Designer will need to love working in a fast pace environment and enjoy ambiguity. The ability to think outside the box and enjoy multitasking a wide variety of projects and thrive working in an environment with tight deadlines.

The Graphic Designer needs to be a self-starter with proven organizational skills and excellent time management. Having a love for working with both a team and as an individual contributor will be a key to success in this position. If this sounds like you, keep reading for more details.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works with the Communications Director and team to find and develop the most effective way to get the ministry message across in print, Web, etc.
• Develops the overall layout and design of all printed materials, Web pieces, series designs, and mock-ups for television programs, mailings, Web graphics, and other media as determined.
• Executes design projects from start to finish for print, Web, and other media as needed.
• Works with the Marketing and Communications team to design graphic elements and banners needed for e-blasts and other communication tools.
• Designs brand materials as assigned.
• Collaborates with Web Designer to regularly update designs of FLC, Now Center, Gary Keesee Ministries, Drenda Keesee Ministries, and other Web communication tools.
• Coordinates print projects including acquisition and delivery (in-house and outsourced projects).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Pastors or leadership team.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar
• 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design
• In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an Associates Degree, and 3+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information.
• Self-Motivated - Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task to the best of one’s ability using his or her own drive or initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptable and flexible with change
