Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
About the Position:
Kaplan Early Learning Company is looking for a Graphic Designer with a t-shaped skill set, a flexible mindset, and a desire for continuous improvement to join a cross-functional Agile marketing team. You will use your artistic superpowers to design creative content for a variety of media: online campaigns, social media, websites, print ads, books, products/packaging, exhibits, and more! From defining requirements and visualizing concepts to creating and testing engaging, on-brand graphics (including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos) across various media, you will shape the visual aspects that inspire our target audience - early educators. The ideal candidate is a proactive, roll-your-sleeves-up, team player with a diverse skillset who is ready to work collaboratively.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro and After Effects
- Digital photography experience
- Working knowledge of logo design, presentation design, color, illustration, and typography
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into engaging graphics that communicate information effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Understanding of Agile values and principles. Agile marketing certification (ICP-MKG) (a huge advantage)
