Capstone Hospitality is seeking a driven and motivated sales professional with a background in collegiate or professional sports.

This position is responsible for membership sales on-site at a private golf club in the surrounding areas of Oakland, CA. Applicants must live in, or be willing to relocate to, the surrounding areas of Oakland, CA. This position requires an initial training period of 14 days at the Capstone headquarters in Neptune Beach, FL (free housing provided during training period).

Primary Role and Responsibilities include:

  • Direct membership sales to new members at Capstone Hospitality’s client private golf and country club
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual membership sales budget goals
  • Implement the Capstone Hospitality proprietary system of lead generation programs to generate new qualified leads for prospective new members
  • Generate and submit accurate monthly and annual sales reports
  • Provide exceptional client relations to golf club management and staff
  • Work with current club members and staff to promote referral programs
  • Become an integral part of the club staff on-site at the private golf and country club

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years professional work experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong partnering, influencing, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment, meet deadlines. and handle pressure
  • Self-driven and highly-motivated
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft office programs – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Minimum of 2 years collegiate or professional sports experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Computer proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Pursue continuous improvement opportunities

Income Summary: Average annual salary inclusive of base + commissions is $80,000-$130,000+. Capstone Hospitality does not cap sales commissions. Sales professionals enjoy the ability to control their own income.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
