Role Summary:
Join our team as a Golf Maintenance team member! Under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent, a Golf Maintenance team member is a non-exempt seasonal position responsible for maintenance of the golf course. Performs all work in accordance with essential functions and responsibilities.: Ability to read and interpret instructions. Knowledge of safety regulations. A willingness to receive technical training or on-the-job training and perform duties under supervision.

Core Responsibilities:
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their teammates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

Maintains and cuts grass on tee boxes, fairways, roughs, fringes and greens.

Maintains bunkers.

Assists with sodding and trimming.

Uses equipment such as walking and riding greens mowers, tee mowers, fairway mowers, rough mowers, rollers, bunker rakes, carts, push mowers and a variety of powered and non-powered hand tools.

Observes all safety practices and protocols.

Participates in required trainings and meetings.

• Performs other required tasks and duties as required.

Work tasks are performed mainly outdoors and involve physical strength and endurance. Must be able to work in varying temperatures and inclement weather.

Required Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent; or in pursuit.

• Previous Golf Course maintenance experience preferred.

Medium Work: Must be able to exert and lift 20-50 lbs of force occasionally and 10-25lbs of force frequently and up to 10 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis to move objects
