Overview:

The Global Treasury Management (GTM) Sales Support is primarily responsible for supporting GTM Sales personnel in the end-to-end deposit and treasury relationships for new and existing clients in a specified region or business vertical. The GTM Sales Support is responsible for providing superior service in coordinating the implementation and training of Cash Management and Treasury products in the assigned regions and verticals.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the implementation and training of treasury services for clients
  • Provide timely, complete and accurate status updates for implementations assigned (including Salesforce updates, issues logs, enhancement requests)
  • Reviews treasury management documentation for thoroughness and accuracy
  • Assist with the testing of new and existing deposit and non-interest income products
  • Assist in assessing client product needs and making consultative suggestions
  • Monitor customer issues/resolutions and feedback
  • Collaborate with team members to continually improve processes and design strategies to meet team goals and objectives
  • Master all Treasury products including online banking, payments, collections, credit card platforms and various deposit products
  • Ability to navigate various customer accounting/ERP systems in order to determine compatibility and integration with bank systems; participates in plans to resolve any compatibility issues
  • Help develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction during the initial product/service training, setup/fulfillment and ongoing product support.
  • Ability to execute an implementation or project plan across multiple departments including operations, legal, product, vendors and sales
  • Assist the GTM Sales team in the staging and execution of marketing activities, conferences, etc.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience;
  • 3+ years of relevant banking and / or financial services experience required
  • Knowledge of deposit, cash management and treasury products
  • Strong technical skills (experience with understanding and reading different file formats and specifications)
  • Ability to exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure;
  • Results driven, client focused, self-starter
  • Ability to work independently yet collaborate cross-functionally in a team environment;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, projects and relationships simultaneously;
  • Strong customer focus and proven success in managing client accounts.
  • Systems and Software Used: Salesforce, Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Physical Requirements:
  • Role requires sitting or standing in front of a computer monitor for prolonged periods of time in a fixed neck position.
  • Constant use of a computer or other office equipment resulting in repeating motions of the hands and wrists.
  • Light work that may include moving objects up to 20 pounds.

Rewards

National Base Pay Range (annual): $57,706.31 to $100,408.33
Final salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with geographic/market data.
