Starting responsibilities include: Glass handling from unload, slotting glass per customer order specifications, packaging glass. Further responsibilities include preparing glass for the furnace, furnace control, seaming, using laser logo.

• This is an entry level job performing glass production labor duties. On the job training is available with many opportunities to advance within.
• Must be able to work a 2-2-3 12-hour shift schedule, standing most of the time. Reporting on time for work every time you are scheduled is expected.
• Employees enjoy a lot of time off due to the 2-2-3 schedule, which provides for a 3-day weekend off every other weekend and days off during the week! Paid time off (PTO), sick, and paid holidays are included.
• Monthly bonuses - up to 52% of your base pay.
• Must be able to follow all safety requirements and retain the training learned on the job.

• Successful applicants must pass a post-offer drug screen, physical, and workplace assessment testing prior to start.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, basic computer and organizational skills, ability to read and follow instructions, ability to read a tape measure accurately, capable of lifting 15 lbs or more, dependable and team orientated. Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment a plus, but not a requirement. We will train.
