Position Summary

Aventura Mall is looking for an enthusiastic team member to join the gift-wrapping team for the holiday season! Team member will provide top service to all Aventura Mall customers and ensure all standards are met. They will guide and supervise all gift-wrapping team members and direct organization.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead all gift-wrapping team members when it comes to service, organization, standards, and training.
• Wrapped and decorated customer's purchases with gift-wrapping paper, bows, and tape in a timely matter.
• Ensure team assists all customers in selecting appropriate wrapping materials depending on gender and occasion.
• Provide service within an appropriate time manner.
• Interact with customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Assembled products, such as cutting, rolling, stickering.
• Created stock requested by inventory and customer care.
• Uphold company policies while making decision.
• Ensure products are safely packaged and gift wrapped.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of Customer service experience in a leadership role preferred.
• Previous gift wrapping or related experience preferred.
• Fast Learner
• Works well under pressure
• Time management skills
• Well organized
