Description & Requirements

Standard Job Function

Responsible for wearing proper PPE- complying with all safety training- policies and procedures- and reporting any unsafe safety conditions to a Supervisor/ Management

Participate and collaborates in meetings.

Training others and filling in for other positions as assigned.

Participate in the QRMP audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions

Oversee and lead the implementation of the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE- SKILLS- AND ABILITIES specifically required for the job

performance (what is necessary for the job performance- not what the ideal candidate should have). Include: experience- training- education- licenses- and certifications required.

Basic understanding of: Employee must be able to read work instructions- fill out form in English about work status- and communicate with lead.

Able to work under a fast-paced work environment and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Appropriate time management skills to meet deadlines.

Accountable and Responsible.

Able to follow directions and ability to perform tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision

Exercises good judgment and decision-making skills- bringing up to the supervisor any issues outside of his/her scope of responsibility and control.

Able to work flexible schedules when needed

Safe work habits

Maintain an excellent attendance record / adherence to attendance policy

Promotes teamwork

Attention to detail to avoid and/or identify errors

Good organizational skills
