We are seeking a General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and growing the activities of the sales team, parts department and service shop.

Responsibilities:

• Provide motivation, coaching and training of employees. Conduct weekly team meetings and provide updates to the team to maintain open communication.
• Assist with departments as needed
• Ensure recruitment, on-boarding and training activities are conducted effectively and professionally.
• Deal with disciplinary problems in a mature and HR compliant manner.
• Ensure open and close of Store
• Manage and approve all expenditures
• Participate in monthly financial review
• Responsible for profitability in all departments in the dealership
• Inventory Control
• Assist and Approve Sales Finance Documents, Letters of Drafts, Checks, Net Accounts
• Invoice Balancing
• Maintain superior customer service through dealership culture
• Retain Current customer accounts and open new accounts
• Good comprehension and control of P&L
• Marketing

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, automotive, RV or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Willingness to work overtime, if needed
• Results Driven

Compensation is salary plus commission. Salary based on Experience and Qualifications.

Two of the partners have worked at various trailer manufacturing facilities, and later managed and operated PJ Trailers factory retail stores. Whether that means meeting out-of-state customers on a Sunday, staying late on a Saturday to hook up a customer's trailer, or going the extra mile by delivering a trailer after hours. Nationwide Trailers works with many types of trailer users from large volume businesses to the owner operator who wants to design the custom trailer of their dreams.

We take the time to understand how the trailer will be used, the nature of the cargo, and any other specific requirements that may determine what trailer or optional equipment will be needed for the specific application. We go above and beyond with customer service on all problems large or small.
