Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000
Location: 1341 Moreland Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia 30316
Responsibilities:
The General Manager, Food Hall will set and communicate standards and practices for the Food Hall to ensure the best hospitality experience for guests and the best work environment and experience for all staff. You have managed food halls before and have experience as a bartender or mixologist. The Food Hall will showcase approximately 11 food venues, a bar, and a lounge area.

Responsibilities:
- Manage vendors and the overall operation of the food hall.
- In conjunction with restaurant management, hire and train staff according to food hall standards for hospitality and excellence.
- Maintain Health Department compliance with regulations and mandates involving the service of alcohol and food preparation and safety.
- Deliver superior guest service.
- Effectively open and close physical operation.
- Organize and complete the administrative setup and breakdown of the business including, but not limited to the creation of floor plans, menus, employee check-in, employee cash-outs, bank close out, payroll adjustments, etc.
- Work with beverage management to conduct, reconcile and submit regular beverage inventory.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- 5+ years of experience managing food halls is required.
- Must have a background in mixology.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with customers and other employees.
- Involves sitting, walking, and standing throughout most of the day.
