Position Summary: We are looking for a SUPERSTAR to join our award-winning team!! The General Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the entire branch organization. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to managing daily operations, managing departmental personnel, and having a community presence to build sales for the organization.

Priorities:

  • Oversee activities directly related to providing services.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of departments concerned with the production, sales, or distribution of services.
  • Review financial statements, sales, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
  • Manage staff, oversee work schedules and assign specific duties.
  • Direct and coordinate the organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments and increase efficiency.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with organization officials and staff members as necessary.
  • Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
  • Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, and coordinating with other department heads as required.
  • Monitor vendors and contractors to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies
  • Strategic Planning - Ability to develop a vision for the future and create a culture in which long-range goals can be achieved.

Starting salary range begins at $100,000 with a bonus opportunity and will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, unlimited vacation, paid holidays (6 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits.
