Jade Technologies is now hiring general laborers to work on pipeline projects in and around Hop Bottom, PA.

Job Description:

We are looking to hire 8 laborers for a job site in Springville, PA. You must be reliable, show up every day and ON TIME, have YOUR OWN transportation, and you must be willing and able to work six days a week 10 hours a day.

You will be assisting Equipment operators with digging trenches, making sure they don't hit any utility lines, laying gas lines after the trenches are dug, and assisting with backfilling of trenches after the gas line is run.

We are looking for people that have experience with running a tamper, roller, air spade, jackhammer, and all hand tools such as shovels and rakes. We will train the right candidates.

We are asking that you are physically fit to be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time, being attentive is a MUST, able to work 60+ hours a week, and work every Saturday.

Requirements:

• Drivers license
• Able to pass a drug test
• Able to pass a background check
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Report any unsafe conditions to your foreman
• Operate tools as directed by the foreman
• Place, remove, or maintain underground utilities as directed. This would include but is not limited to carrying pipe, shoveling stones, and carrying heavy items. Jack hammering, shoveling, tamping, and installing pipe will be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
