Work for one of the most prominent tech events in the world! As the Gaming Expert for this activation, you’ll work with the GMR Leadership to execute the event activities for one of our client’s - Microsoft in Las Vegas.

If you love the gaming world, want to see cutting edge technology and be a part of a fun team, this role may be the right position for you! You will play a pivotal role as you engage with consumers, influencers and media outlets, showing our client’s newest capabilities. You will collect KPI’s, engage with a large audience and represent the brand to the best of your abilities.

YOUR IMPACT //
  • Maintain consistent, clear, and accurate records of program activity (i.e. required KPI’s: number of attendees, number of games played, favorite games, feedback on Xbox App Experience, active & passive trials, glitches, how to demo, consumer engagements, recap, etc..)
  • Experience / comfortable demoing games
  • Ability to pick up and navigate gaming UIs
  • Must have gaming background with a vast knowledge of various gaming platforms, including the latest games, be super tech savvy and well versed with cloud based gaming
  • Knowledge and experience with PC gaming
  • Must be able to multi-task. Will need to maintain consistent client communication while engaging with consumers and have the ability to identify problems, glitches, latency issues, etc., and work to solve them on site
  • Greet and direct guests throughout the event space in a positive, professional manner
  • Ensure quality photos are captured from account teams Shot List
  • Anticipate and assist in resolving issues on site
  • Remain open to feedback, guidance, and direction as it pertains to job performance and personal growth
  • Work with Brand Ambassadors to comply with break policies
  • Be extremely punctual and effectively manage time
  • Motivate the team to strive for success
  • You are the eyes and ears on the ground for the client
YOUR EXPERIENCE //
  • At least 1-2 years of management experience preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experiential marketing experience preferred
  • Following any gaming influencers, X-Box gaming experience (counsel and PC) needed or previous participation in gaming conventions
  • Tech savvy: ability to use a TV, mobile device, controller, PC and tablet
  • Strong Communication, interpersonal, and organization skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • High attention to detail
  • Must be at least 18 years or older
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from events
  • Must wear required uniform
  • Attend all mandatory trainings
