Responsibilities:
- Creates demand for guests to play assigned game by use of attractive prize displays as well as public address system or microphone.
- Explains and demonstrates games to customers, conducts sales transactions for guests to play the game, and provides guests with game supplies/equipment needed to play such as rings, balls, etc.
- Determines winners, records winners, and distributes prizes.
- Maintains appropriate levels of stock; moves and organizes stock in stockrooms; assists supervisor with inventory counts.
- Oversees the operation of assigned game and associated equipment to prevent players from interfering with each other and settle disagreements between groups or individuals about use of equipment or outcome of competitive games.
- Cleans game booth, keeps equipment in good condition, receives, stores, and displays prizes
- Ability to utilize strong verbal & interpersonal skills while speak before large groups of people often times on a microphone.
- Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
- Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
