When and where you will work:

• Travel between designated stores within about a 30–40-mile radius

• Occasionally attend and assist with out-of-market training and events

• Store visits could range from 15 minutes to 2 hours

• Set your own schedule during retail hours Tuesday-Saturday

• Some evening and weekend work may be needed, particularly in peak sales seasons

What you will do:

• Cultivate strong relationships with store associates and management as a trusted brand ally

• Train retail associates and managers on product features, benefits, and promotions

• Engage customers during high traffic times and at select demo day events

• Articulate product details in an enthusiastic and confident manner with the ability to speak about the client’s technology in a meaningful and personal way

• Ensure merchandising compliance and increased presence in-store

• Gather and report visit insights and intelligence relating to the assigned and competitive brands

What you will need:

• College degree in communications, marketing, or training & development preferred

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in wireless, retail, marketing, and/or training/communications

• Field representative experience helpful, but not mandatory

• Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
